He has forged an unconventional path from the rainforests of West Africa to the boardrooms of the world. Growing up on the south coast of England, he became the first student in a decade from his low-expectation school to attend university.
Driven by a desire to see the world, Roger began his career as a geologist in West Africa but soon realized his true calling lay elsewhere. After earning an MBA, he transitioned into a thriving international corporate career, working in sectors like finance, technology, and professional services.
A desire to make a broader impact led Roger to leave his corporate job and start his own consulting practice. Despite early struggles, he studied what made high-earning authorities successful, transforming his business and gaining recognition as a bestselling author and advisor to CEOs worldwide. To further enhance his work as an advisor to CEOs, Roger earned a Master's in Consulting and Coaching for Change (clinical organisational psychology) from INSEAD, deepening his expertise in understanding and shifting mindsets at the executive level.
As peers sought his advice on securing conversations and business with senior leaders, Roger rediscovered his entrepreneurial passion.
