Jane Bonacci is a cookbook author, food writer, professional recipe developer, and editor. She is the co-author of "The Gluten-Free Bread Machine Cookbook" and "The Gluten-Free Instant Pot Cookbook", both from Harvard Common Press. Jane is also the creator, writer, and photographer of The Heritage Cook food blog, named a "Best Recipe Blog" finalist by the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). She enjoys creating new gluten-free meals for her family and sharing them with her readers. She lives in Portland, Oregonn with her husband.
