Dr. V. Abdur Rahim was an Indian scholar and educator known for creating the popular "Madinah Books" series to teach Arabic to non-native speakers. He was a former professor at the Islamic University of Madinah, receiving the President of India Award in 1997 for his contributions to language education. He passed away in 2023 at the age of 90.
